The Salinas Valley Democratic Club presents the 2008 Blue Shining Star Award to John Laird. The dinner will be hled at the National Steinbeck Center in Salinas, and the program will include cocktails, dinner and a Silent Auction.
Tickets are $65 per person or $115 per couple.
